Our goal is to ensure you feel confident in your investment while maintaining the integrity of our digital educational products. By purchasing our courses or books, you agree to the conditions outlined in this policy.

Eligibility for Refund Requests

We understand that sometimes a course might not be the right fit. A refund is available if the following criteria are met:

  • The request is submitted strictly within 14 days of the original purchase.

  • No more than the first 3 lessons of the course have been completed or accessed.

  • The user has engaged with the materials in a way that aligns with an initial evaluation rather than full consumption.

Non-Refundable Digital Products

Due to the immediate access provided for digital content, refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • More than 3 lessons of the educational program have been completed.

  • The full course content has been accessed or viewed.

  • Any associated course materials, PDFs, or supplementary guides have been downloaded.

  • The 14-day request window has expired.

Manual Review and Processing

To maintain fairness, all refund requests are reviewed manually by our team. This allows us to address individual circumstances and ensure compliance with our educational standards. Once a request is approved, refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe. We value your feedback and use it to improve our somatic education offerings for the global community.
