The same woman may have different reactions to various yoni massage sessions, which can be classified into several stages/phases.
1. Painful and uncomfortable
When any touch inside causes pain or discomfort. The reason is strong muscle hypertonus. Even the slightest touch creates additional pressure on already tensed muscles.
2. Internal Controller
When all attention is focused in the head. How do I look? What will they think? How can I peek without being seen? Can I allow myself to feel the arising emotions? What to do with the rising excitement? The reason is a strong hypertonus of the mind. Attempting to meticulously control, analyze, and structure everything that’s happening. It’s no longer painful, but there isn’t yet permission to feel what’s happening in the body.
3. Physical Body
So-called carpopedal spasms: numbness, loss of control, spasms in different parts of the body. They vary in strength and depth.
4. Emotions
Everything you couldn’t or didn’t want to live through starts surfacing. Anger, rage, cruelty, fear. Inappropriately lived sexual experiences. Competition, envy, grievances. Lack of self-love and acceptance. Lack of love and acceptance of others.
5. Thoughts
Thought forms, ideas, concepts by which we think. Often, the energy stream wipes away old familiar thinking patterns, leaving a light void in the head. Sometimes new incoming information contradicts the old, already existing one.
For each woman, this process progresses at its own pace—exactly as much as your body is ready to allow. The body is wiser than the mind. So, the only thing I can answer to this question is:
"Listen to your body. Like peeling layers of an onion — something new is removed each time, a new layer. And with each time, you become closer to your true self. You start to hear your body more and more."
